It's a simple, and fair, requirement in any debate that if it's your
assertion to make, then it's your assertion to prove. Where's your
proof?

or at least evidence or in this case just making a meanful claim

If there really was such important breaking news in support of K1MAN,
you would be shouting it from the rooftops, and with the exact web
addresses from the FCC, the ARRL, or other definitive source containing
this valuable information (k1man.com doesn't count).

The jaded readers of this newsgroup have seen many, many posters come
traipsing through here over the years spouting all kinds of bizarre
claims. Of course, with the caveat that the supporting evidence can't
be revealed, or won't be believed, or is too hard to find, or even (as
you are trying to assert in your case) is the responsibility of the
skeptics to find. In 99.9% of these claims, we can confidently call
"B.S." Either the claim is not true, or has been greatly exaggerated,
and the evidence, or lack thereof, underscores this point.

Facts:

- There has been no FCC or court action since the upholding of K1MAN's
$21,000 forfeiture in March of 2006:

http://www.fcc.gov/eb/Orders/2006/DA-06-663A1.html

which is interesting

(Search Google with "site:fcc.gov Glenn Baxter")

- The alleged case that overturns the FCC's Red Light Rule has turned
out to be a fake. The quick removal of it from the K1MAN web site is
a fairly clear, implicit acknowledgment of this fact.

What is even funnier is you posting on company time and using

If you need to complain to them, let me know via direct E-mail and I'll
be happy to get you in touch with IT security. I seriously doubt he
will care though.

And yes... This is something folks on this forum have threatened me
with before and it always comes to nothing.

Yawn....

Not my style, never has been. You are *assuming,* something
similar to the other poster, that I 'might' or might not do. Speaking
for myself, it is *not* my style to mess with people's employers,
ever. HOWEVER, the point to be taken is that there ARE many
in this forum who take great joy in doing exactly that. I am glad
your employer has such a view, because very few employers now
see it that way and believe work time and work equipment are
for just that, work and not for playing on Usenet. Care to mention
exactly who has threatened you in this forum?

Why bring it up if it's not your "style"?

This was brought up a few times before, by folks who thought I was
trying to hide who I was. I don't care to go though the archives to
find out which alter ego of who it was because it doesn't matter.

Because I had a pt job delivering pizzas a couple years ago
while I was working my way through college studying info tech.
I did so good in the pizza business I was promoted to district
manager and got a company car. Someone from this forum
called my boss, used a bunch of filthy words and tried to get
me fired. Only thing, he was from out of state and would not
leave a name or phone number, so my boss ignored the
complaints.

Does anyone in this forum know how to join
BARF (Broadcasters Alliance to Retain Frequencies)?
Do you know if they have an office here in California?

Who said anyone was 'debating' ? Is this a college course?
Is this a political contest?

What are you talking about? I don't recall anyone

FACTS you say? The Democrat Party and other leftists like
Bill & Hillary Clinton, Murtha, Kerry, Chuckie Schumer,
Ted Kennedy, etc. taught us a long time ago that "facts"
mean nothing.
