Default Heathkit FM tuner

Ya .. thanks Buck . Also my computer wont receive usenet . When i view
pictures from my webtv on my computer they are smeary looking but i can
see very well enough what the object is .

The tuner has 8 tubes ( no amp here ) 5 are octal including a 6X5 , 3
are loctal ( like Philco )
It was home built and nicely done but the guy was i bit light on solder
and left a few loose screws for ground lugs , one resistor lead was
disconected ( fell away from its solder ) causing it to be dead ..after
fixing that and aligning the 108 end over where it belongs it actually
receives very well However it has low output . It appears to have not
been used much if at all .
