Dell/HP laptop power supplies use that cord. It is an IEC type C5. It
is becoming a more popular type of cord:

Compaq uses them too. When I forgot mine at home, I took a pair of plyers,
and bent two paper clips as an interface between that and a normal power
cord. Not recommended, but I got my report done
