Dave, that unit looks vaguely familiar, especially the "touch point". Have
you any idea how it is used? It looks like you feed in a signal and hetrodyme it with one of the internal reference choices. That would work for frequency, but time 'pips' must have been sent to a 'scope' to compare with the measured pulse stream. GR sure turned out some 'unusual' stuff.
