Wonderful set. Ken D. I had the Normandy Provincial. Bought it for $10, cleaned it up and sold it for $60. I currently have the French Provincial, but from the previous year. Tube model, but identical cabinet to the one shown. The other two Maggies I have are a Magnasonic Traditional from 1966, and an Early American from 1969. That one has the stepped tone contols and balance control and 15" woofers. I had another (I believe it was a '69) previously, but it was more of a standard model, with only 12" woofers. Got the latter one free on the curb, sold it for $50. Have any other catalogs or brochures for Magnavox? Operating manuals? GG -- "Grim grinning ghosts come out to socialize." |
