It is an HQ 100 C. (The C designation was used for the HQ 100 models with the optional GE Telechron clock timer. That was my clock radio, which I used as an alarm for a number of years.

Here are a couple of closer pix. Last time I fired it up, it was a little hummy. I think it's about time to replace a few caps in the power supply.
