I logged this about 3 weeks ago @ 08:15 UTC to about 08:30 UTC on USB. Just
a male voice transmitting a long series of phoenetics (alpha, bravo, etc.) When signing off @ about 08:30 UTC, he said, "this concludes message #69, end of transmission." Any ideas what this was? |
