He is out on bail.

Might be a good time to get some equipment from him cheap. Just make sure you
have it in hand before turning over any money to him!

He apparently was running a bit of a scam via the internet. The Secret Service

Well I vaugely remember George F [located in FLA and into mil comms?] but
have heard no details of this case.
But if the SS was involved a good guess would have to be forgery/counterfeits
of some nature .... Assuming there was no plot to overthrow the U.S.
government.

I Love how some people assume the worst.

I know George and have had him in my home.
I think (personally) this is a case of a few things blown up out of
proportion.
The filed complaint was for 31 people for $5k. Hardly worth the SS
white collar dividison being involved.
Just look at him Ebay ID. 38k feedbacks with 98.3% ++

Remember, you are innocent until proven guilty.

It would be in the SS jurisdiction if a counterfeit penny is involved, $$
amount is not a factor, and whether it is worth it or not is certainly not
for me to judge.
I know no details at all about this, just saw fit to lay fourth some relevant
observations. Lots of folks think you have to be hatching a plot to murder
the Prez for the SS to get involved, just pointing out that is not the case.

Just look at him Ebay ID. 38k feedbacks with 98.3% ++

38,000 feedbacks, or was that a typo ?

As for insider secrets.....
The secret is you lose money and he (the insider) makes $30K.
At least the payment agency has stopped taking orders for that crap.

He is selling his timeshare on a golf resort on a Deer Island in
central Florida.
He first offered at $7,000, and was lowered to $5,000.
It is probably worth $1000.
He has a big lawyer bill by now. Hopefully that bill will be
punishment enough when it is over.

I would like to see the proof of that.
Does anyone personal know of a person or news article that gives names
of people he "scamed"

Funny how the news uses the name xbox and ipod.
Perhaps its because the general public can understand that.

http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAP...:feedback:2:us
This WAS his ebay ID.
With almost 32k feedbacks, not a bad 98.2% rating.
AND 10% of the negatives have been within the last 6 months, the time
when he had his visit from the SS.

Still, I want to see proof of the xbox/ipod being sold.

What a lowlife!!!
Thank you Brad for your research.

If you do a serious search on the Internet, you will find out that
someone somewhere has always looking for him for some product that no
longer exists or hasn't arrived. His name is mentioned as far back as
1997 of all things model rocketry stuff in Pennsylvania.

You can only hope that he goes away, and if he ever reappears that
someone stands up and lets others know about him and what he has done
to others.

I think he was having a little cash flow problem (how many slot-machine
trick books can you sell) and got desparate. Asking for a check to be
sent an unoccupied office spells (HI-I-AM-A-CON-ARTIST).
