This update has a few changes

Mar 10,2007 - Fixed: Loading & Displaying User Definable Picture in "Select
Picture For User".
Mar 10,2007 - Fixed: Sweep Spectrum high frequency limit now usable to 3.3
ghz for Pcr1500/2500.
Mar 13,2007 - -----: Edacs Dotting "Number of Times to Hear" can now be set
up to 999.
Version 0.84.218 Released 03/16/2007
