Default Band Plans for NW US

What are the 30MHz to 512MHz bandplans for the NW part of the US (WA
state especially)?

Anyone know?

I generally see most utility activity from 450MHz through 470MHz and
150MHz through 160MHz.

I own a Radio Shack Pro-38 (10 channel H/H), Pro-2030 and Pro-2040
base (60 and 100 channel), and a Pro-2024 (60 channel).

Actually I'd like having 250 channels all one one radio.

Basically I can cover:

29-54MHz, 108-136MHz, 136-174MHz, 380-512MHz, then 806 to 956MHz (in 3
segments).

Oh yeah, and I do like also listening to 2m and 70cm (140-148MHz and
440-448MHz).

My antenna is a set of stacked Antenex Yagi's on a tower 75' up in the
air.

Greg
