Default Bearcat BCD 996T

I have a Bearcat 996T Digital scanner. When I first got it, it had pre-
programmed frequencies
from all around the country. Since I live in only one spot, I deleted
all the pre-programmed
frequencies. Is there any way to restore one group of frequencies,
namely the St. Clair County
Illinois APCO 25. I now discovered I can use that group of frequencies
since they have gone
all APCO 25. Thanks. whynot444
