Default Customs comms

CBP freqs 165.2375 and 164.775 have been active this morning.
At 6:35am EDT on 165.2375: Unid was "trying to get "Omaha
558" (UH-60A helo) on Net 1; no joy." He was in comms with
"Charlie" (no numeral heard for Charlie).
At 6:57am EDT on 165.2375: "97B on Net 1"
At 6:58am EDT on 164.775: encrypted.

The "97B" callsign is perplexing. I do not have an "Omaha 97B" in
CBP inventory; and if "97B" were a USCG asset, the "B" would connote
an HH-65, but I do not have a USCG HH-65 with that numeral in its tail
number.
