Is it legal to drive through Burger King drive-thru with safety lights installed in/on your car???

They have a McDonalds at the visitor entrance to Tampa General Hospital.. I got weak once and ordered a double cheeseburger. I stand strong when I say 100% beef means lungs and stomachs.
