hoas found another way around the ban on them outlawing antennas

I just read in another newsgroup a post by a persn who lives in a hoa He can not put up an antenna for broadcast reception even though federal law says hoas can not prevent people from putting up antennas. the way the hoa got around the dederal law is by outlawing him and everyone from putting up any antenna masts at all.. Since they outlawed the antenna masts and not the antennas, as far as the hoa is concerned, they'tre not breaking any of the federal laws about them not being allowed to ban people from putting up tv antennas. Troll. |
