The law also says you are exempted if you hold an amateur radio
license or any other vald FCC license and are using a ham
radio.
So according to Oregon law, if you hold a FCC GMRS radio license and
are using a GMRS radio, you are in violation of the law since you are
not using a ham
radio.
and iff you hold a FCC-issued GMRS license and are using a ham radio
even though you are not FCC-licensed to do so, you are completely in
compliance with the law and completely legal according to Oregonn
law.
I thought that is a violation of federal law to transmit over a ham
radio when you are not FCC-licensed to do
so.
and what do all us federally legal cbers do. the federally legal c
bers do not have a license to show to the cops or courts lthough they
are federally licensed to
transmit.
and why is this state law and other state laws overruling federal law
if federal law trumps and overrules local and state laws like most
posters in this newsgoup said they do. The FCC rules say we
may transmit from anywhere the FCC has authority over
radio.
so either the FCC fraudently lied or else the FCC told the truth and
does not have authority over radio transmissions in Oregon and
California and Maryland.

Pretty soon everything will be illegal.
There were over 44,000 new Laws and Regulations instituted, in 2009.
Most were restrictions on Citizens. Note I didn't say voted in.
Most Citizens would have not voted for most of them.
How many more were passed last year?
The only rights you will have are the privileges you can afford from Big
Business.

How about that girl that they headlined on, "60 Minutes" that can drive
without any arms....She uses her feet for everything... I guess she would
be legal using her cell phone while driving. Right? Cause she does
everything, "hands free".
