New features for V2.6.1

- Added error recovery in case the program loses communications with
the scanner. The program will now continue attempting to restore
tracking after an error.
- Modified record function to start and stop recording immediately.
- Added the following function key support:
F2 - Start / Stop Tracking
F3 - Identify / Display Settings
F4 - Toggle List Display
F5 - Enable Recording
F6 - Disable Recording
F7 - Enable Logging
F8 - Disable Logging
F12 - Display the debug screen.
