I am new to scanning. I bought one to listen during the power failure from
hurricane Isabel here in Hampton, VA. I have a Uniden Bearcat Twin Turbo
Sportcat. I am looking for state police codes so I can monitor the problems
in this area. I would be thankful for any help on where to find a list of
these frequencies. THANKS in advance.
