I'm an amateur radio operator and I like scanning too... course, being stuck
in a "no outside antennas" apartment, I don't have much choice but to listen
for now. Scanning is fun, something to do on otherwise-boring, quiet nights
when you're stuck working at home. I consider scanning, shortwave listening
and amateur radio to be three parts of the same hobby that I call "The Radio
Hobby". I made that name up myself. ;-)~

73 and happy holidays
