Default BEAAWARE of Radio World by ve2que

I have buy on dec 5 a IC-R3 used at the price of 479.00, I have
received a confirmation from them for shipping and as my credit card
was billed but no amount so I figure it was the autorized amount by me
of 479.00. Then 2 days after I have receive an Icon 2001 destinated to
a BC ham. I phone radio world telling I was shipped the wrong item,
but they tlod-me to ship the customer transmitter and they will
send-me another unit and at no times someone tell-me I will be
charged, after all they were wrong not me plus I got to ship back the
other unit. Then 2 days after I received the IC-R3 with a an invoice
on the invoice there is an amount of 598.00 so I phone to radio world
2 times (got the proof on my cell phone bill) but it was the recorder
so I leave a message saying I did not want to pay 598.00 for that I
have buy a receiver at 479.00. Then 5 min after I phone I look on the
bill they send with that receiver it was wrote: ''paid by visa in full
Inv 179308 customer was sent wrong item transaction approuved as per
Angello so I figurer they say it was charged at the original price of
479.00 so I phone back and leave a message on their recorder saying I
understand they charge-me 479.00 so I will keep-it. Now the second
unit was billed on 11 of december, so from the time I receive the
radio till the 5 of january I fgure I have pay 479.00 for that
receiver. On jan 5 I receive the slip from radio world at the amount
of 598.00 so I have send an email and phone also, saying they take
their time to let-me know the price was not what I expected. They
offer-me to split the difference wich I have refused not much because
I did not want the radio but because inside I feel something worng was
done to me and my trust in Radio-World was broken. Anyway I have offer
to keep-it at the original price I was supposed to pay 479.00 they
refused. But they give-me an autorisation for return the receiver in a
new condition with original wrapping (it is hard to have a plastic on
a radio and keep-it so it was a plastic missing and a piece of foam or
whatever but the original box, warranty, manual all was there. I have
take pictures of it, and having someone with me when pakaging plus the
post officer was show the boxing inside the the shipping box. Now they
phone-me this morning saying that radio was not new, some original
wrapping was missing. I told the guy I knew they will find something
to not refund-me and told him I did not care if they keep 50.00 (so I
guess I did my share). Now my english may-be bad but there is one
thing shure, when you buy from them be aware the price may not be what
you think it will be and second they will do everything to refuse-it
I have copies of emails sent, copy of the original email saying 479.00
wich came with a confirmation from them, second I also got an email
giving-me the autorisation to return because they excuses for the
series of problems they give-me (bull ****, they will not refund) I
have also pictures of the radio when boxed......
How do call someone who charge-you a different price that what you
thik you have pay?
