OK, first thing you need is your latitude and longitude (approximate
is
OK). Go to:

http://sd.ic.gc.ca/engdoc/main.jsp

Scroll down a couple of paragraphs to "Radio Frequency Search" and
select the "Geographical Area" search. From here you will find all
the
licensed frequencies in your area. You probably need to use NFM.

Another place to look is http://www.radioreference.com

ok i i pop in like 200 - 699999.999999

it works but cant seem to locate any radio stations here in winnipeg , i'm
trying to find Q94 fm 92 citi fm and Qx 104 fm

i know that on my radio its 94.3 92.1 and 104.1 fm

however i cant get them to come in on my scanner
