I would love to see the police call cdrom burned to an iso and made

The Fifth Edition disc that comes with the 2004 Police Call book would be
worthless unless you had the book itself. After install it asks for a random
word that appears somewhere in the book itself, such as "Enter the last word
that appears on page 12" or "Enter the first word that appears on page 1"
and so on.

The Third Edition however only asks for one key word any time you install
it, but doesn't seem to install or run properly on a Windows XP system.
