I installed the free software that came with the
scanner and when I click databases [I don't have a
database of my own installed, just using the
sample one I guess] I get:

RUNTIME ERROR 339
Component FLP32A30.ocx or one of its dependencies
not correctly registered. A file is missing or
invalid.

The software is called e-scanner .. I went to the
website and downloaded from there the same
software, figuring it is maybe more up-to-date ..
same error.

The software is junk anyway.
