That may be true, but...I asked the owner a question and he replied within a
couple hours. He replied that: "although I can't fufill your needs, (Trident
100 interface cable), he directed me to a site that supplied what I was
looking for. He was fast, polite and a link to a competitor makes him an
OKAY guy where I come from.

So he shold provide his knowledge to the related newsgroups and nobody
will complain. But coming here as a professional seller not answering
with his offer on a specific question is abusive to newsgroups.
