Brenda I agree on that but if you want a package tracked there is no better
way to go. USPS just does not have their act together here.

BTW you must also do a bill of sale on most items for customs. We had to do
these when shipping into MX and SA even though the value was zeroed out on
our test equipment for work. This was through Fedex.

You know what the much other paperwork is.. a little green or white form
that takes about a minute to fill out. Most ebay sellers won't ship

outside
the continental US, because they won't ship USPS. FedEx and UPS are a

total
ripoff once you get outside the lower 48..
