Default Military Satellite Taken Over By Pirate

Just got out my Home-made MilSat Yagi since the Hurricane threat has
lessened. First night while listening to the birds caught some forigin
language conversaion between two mails, could have been spanish on
263.9250 MHz FM at about 2110 EDT. Could have been pirates using our
birds again…. If you’re interested in catching some Military Satellite
Traffic it seems as if 263.925 MHz FM has been popular for such traffic.
