Default Scanners similar to Radio Shack/Realistic Pro-29 Model

Hello All,

I have a Radio Shack/Realistic Pro-29 scanner that I've owned for
about 7-8 years. I've enjoyed it for many years and find it better
than most 'newer' scanners as it doesn't have the cellular or portable
phone bands 'blocked'. I'm looking for scanners that may have similar
operation and have those bands unlocked (I.e. have the ability to hear
the cellular and portable phone transmissions).

Does anyone know of any scanners that might be able to do this? I've
been checking on Ebay and found a Pro-23 which looks similar but I'm
not sure if it covers the same frequency range.

Any help would be appreciated!!

Thanks in advance,

Jordan F.
