Icom R10, CI-V and s-meter

Icom R10, CI-V and s-meter

I can not get my PC software to properly read the S-meter on the R10
via its CI-V jack. Frequency and mode data flow properly both ways,
but not signal strength. I have tried two different programs: Ham
Radio Deluxe and ScanStar.

Is anyone seeing valid S-meter readings from their R10 on their PC?
