HELP!! ARC250 basic & BC796D

I had all 1,000 ch. programmed on my 796d and thought i copied everything
programmed to ARC250basic
Can anybody walk me through how to find and then send back my original program
to my 796?
i also did this with the supplied software.
Thank you to any informative good somaritans from Minneapolis,MN
