I recently bought a Realistic Pro-2006 at a "Junk" store (estate
liquidators) for $50. It seems to work good but I noticed it had an rs-232 jack on the back of it. When I opened it up I saw a board glued to the top of one of the Rf boxes with an 68HC11 chip and a tangle of wires. I think this is a Bill Cheek modification. When I looked it up I got a link to a site selling Pro-Turbo software. I thought this was great except for the fact that in the small print it says I need the original dos disk that came with the mod for the Turbo disk to work. Does anyone know where to get the disk? I don't know if this is hb-232 or ce-232. Is there a way to tell? |
