Yes, but it doesn't continuously display a received frequency... With the
Signal stalker mode, it locks onto a frequency, and stays there until the
signal is lost, even if it isn't exactly the correct frequency for the
transmission. In the hacked Frequency counter mode, the frequency display
will vary, so you can get a better idea of what the actual frequency is, as
the "counter" in the scanner doesn't have perfect accuracy.

Not sure if you will completely follow my description, it's not the
greatest... Try the hack, you'll understand...
