I am considering the purchase of an Opto Scout. I do not have a receiver
that is Reaction Tune capable. These models appear to be the best thing going in terms of portable frequency counters/recorders. I thought it would be interesting to use it to find active frequencies in different areas, public events, etc. I am looking for opinions--good or bad--regarding whether these units are worth the money and perform well, or even alternative units to consider. I noticed the PRO-83 has a similar feature, but without the ability to record the frequencies. TIA, Doug |
