Newbie Questions On Modes, etc. (Boston location)

Hello:

Newbie at this:

a. Are these freq's fm, or... ?

BAPERN 2 N 470.4875
BAPERN 2 W 470.7375

b. The 800 MHz stuff is definitely fm. Correct ?

c. Are there any other freq. ranges that I might be able to pick up,
and
the Modes for them, please, that I should also be asking about ?

Live just outside of Boston.
