If anyone wants to hear a funny recording of a police radio

I wish I understood what everyone thinks is so funny --- all my setup gives
me is a bunch of unintelligible garbledness(I know, there's something wrong
with it).

Un-Jack-off a truck? I didn't even know there was such a thing as
"Un-Jacking", never mind knowing if it (whatver IT is) could be done to a
truck or not.
I don't know what the hell's going on with this newsgroup, but boy, I'll
tell ya --- I'm starting to wonder.

Listen to the clip closer. You'll hear them mention about unjacking the
truck.
