Default For Those With A 780: Lockout Question ?

Hi,

For those with a 780 :

Have been getting somewhat contradictory results with this, so I'll
ask here.

When using the L/O button to lock out a channel, is this temporary ?
e.g., after shutting the power off, and then back on, is the lockout still
in place ?

How do the other lockout options work, with regard to being "temporary" ?
New at this, and find it all a bit confusing.

Thanks,
Bob
