Default SuperBowl Flyover Aircraft with Senator Aboard??

Was listening to the Flyover aircraft at the beginning of the Super Bowl
and heard one pilot comment about the “Senator is here taking notes”
Anyone know if there really was a Senator riding along and if so who it was?

The flyover aircraft were callsign VIPER, they were using 256.6000 for
a/a. Once departing the stadium area they were inroute to Tyndall on
354.3250 (JAX Center); 291.7000 (JAX Center).

After the game I’ll be posting audio files of the flyover as well as the
other CAP mission comms on the website.
