Best way would probably be Ebay. They sell new for just about that price so
I doubt he will get that, but sometimes people will bid something up over
the new price so it would be worth a try.

The problem with the gene pool is that there is no lifeguard.

I just bought a different scanner he www.westcoastmall.net Don't know if
they had the BC246, but they shipped fast and had a good price on what I
bought.
