whats the Radio Shack part number for a replacement BNC socket for a

It's highly probable any BNC chassis jack will do. I did not tear in to
mine, but from topside it looks like nothing special. Try www.digikey.com and order a "BNC chassis jack" or pick one up at Radio-Shack (part number 278-105, $2.99) The labor intensive part will be installing the new jack itself, providing it's the only thing broken.
