Thanks guys! I appreciate the confirmation...man, I wish that wasn't so
far out of my price range. Since I'm new to this, I'll have to pick up
a "trunk tracker" that works with the Phoenix Area...any
recommendations for one that can be "modified"...? Something in the
$200 - $300 range?

evan...a friend of mine told me that some of the new scanners come with
"blocked" frequencies, and told me that I should get one that I will be
able to unblock
