Default Pro 2021 Troubles

Bought at flea market, low band vhf is ok, but high band needs to be
tuned 15khz high. Example: enter 154.25 to recieve a carrier on
154.01. Suggestions ?

Probably needs alignment. According to the service manual TC6 is the
reference oscillator trimmer. If that is out of adjustment all bands
should be off frequency not just VHF Hi.

I'm thinking that one or more dc voltages may be off, gonna start by
replacing the electrolytic caps. Thanks for your input.
