Don't know about the others - How would 10 little led's and a few
resitors/caps cost $85 ?
Just curious.
I did those mods myself and doubt if they cost $5 each.
Of course, if your adding the hourly cost of a union journeyman electrician
installing the circuit, maybe that would explain it.

The 2006 was/is a great scanner, and your price seems reasonable I guess.
No need to wildly exagerate the costs of the mods.
