Just seen an ad on ebay for Uniden UBC72XLT saying it has "close call RF
capture technology". Which reckons it will pull in close signals of nearby traffic instantly ! - Now sorry for appearing a little cautious here but that cannot be true, surely ?. How far can it do this up to and what power must the transmitter be transmitting on ?. Surely it cannot pick up the, say, average taxi over the street transmitting to his base can it ? (just an example for arguments sake !) ? Cheers Andy |
