JACARS Acars Decoder Program ?

Heard about an ACARS decoder program called jacars.

Can't seem to find a link to it that works.

Anyone know anything about it, or how to get it ?

Try http://www.acarsd.org/download/acarsd-1.60.zip for the Windows
version.
