Even if you have all the frequencies programed in all it takes is
pushing the wrong button and all scanning stops.
This might be a good idea with a easier to use scanner.

Most folks wouldn't understand how to use the
scanners and I'm sure there isn't time to explain all the details to every
rental customer.
