BAGDAD -- When Richard Pinckley saw the red pickup truck with no
license plate zoom by, he knew he had some chasing to do. Having heard
a Grant Parish sheriff's dispatch on the police scanner in his car,
Pinckley knew police were searching for a suspect in a truck matching
