and jump the gun without reading and doing research on the matter. The
fact is Omega One radio with it Part 15 power output is legal just like
Wi-fi, Baby monitors, Cordless Phones, remote control toys and walkie
talkies are legal because they too are Part 15.

If you want to do a beacon, why not do one in a ham band somewhere? It
would be much more valuable to the ham community than your goof-ball

Just for fun, I did a four watt beacon on ten meters once back in the
80's. I let it run for two days, and got about six QSL card reception
reports. LOL. None were DX though.

It's not a beacon, we play music and information, it's a low power
shortwave broadcast
I am however looking to put a beacon up on ten meters.
