I tuned to 9925 khz at 0200 UTC (17 Aug 2006) to hear Voice of Croatia. There was a very strong echo that I estimated at 100ms after the first signal. Ignoring the echo, I would give the signal an SIO code of 333. The echo was roughly the same volume as the original signal so it was very difficult to understand.
I was using a Sony ICF SW7600GR receiver, and I'm in northern California.
