Help with ICOM IC-R75

I am busting my brains out trying to learn how to save FRQ on the
ICOM IC-R75. Something about the VFO keeps messing me up.

I have the instruction manual, but I can not seem to understand how to
save a FRQ.

Is their a reset button on this radio?
