Tuned in for the 0030-0100 English broadcast, only to find distorted
instrumental music, apparently repeating endlessly.

It reminds me of the old Radio Moscow back in the '80's. Whenever something
bad happened (leader dying, Chernobyl) they would suspend programming and
play classical music all day.
