Ok, my PL200 is cheap and cheerful but has been a good pocket radio and
I've had no problems with it but unfortunately it has been dropped too many times. SW is handy but it mainly gets used on MW. I was thinking about getting another one but the Degen / Kaito looks very similar. Does anyone have any experience with one of these? I don't need stronger reception but the Tecsun is a bit clunky and awkward, and has bad hiss on AM though earphones. I was considering the DE1102 but I'd rather have a slightly more conventional radio at the cost of a little performance, and it's a bit larger. Many thanks everyone! |
