There are many brown marks and streaks on the radio....possibly some sort of
fecal material from the previous "fanatic" owner?

I would recommend a thorough cleansing.

Even though the knobs and controls are "dust free", it would be best to
glove-up before handling this one.

No doubt, "Radio-Mart does it again" !
